Hotel staffs are very humble and well mannered. They understand the need of their clients very well. Ms.Maina was really helpful and supportive. She must be encouraged to serve the diners. She is very soft spoken. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent living experience and impeccable services given by Kajal, Maina, Usha & Tarun from the restaurant team and Ms Rani N, Ms Pavani, Rudra and Vishnu from the Reception team was really excellent and warmly welcomed us through out the time. Also the House Keeping Team was excellent especially Mr Suman Kundu was exceptional. Every time they were available for the service. We visited this hotel for a business trip and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, and the restaurant ambiance was quite nice and relaxing.
